About Me

In 2013, I left a career in law behind to travel around South-East Asia for one year. I never looked back.

I now run a YouTube channel about slow living and minimalism, which are two sides of the same coin. Minimalism is a method to get rid of life’s excess and create space. Slow living is a way to be more intentional about what we allow to enter that space.

The keyword is balance. Finding joy in the little moments: a cup of coffee, a playful golden retriever, or going for a walk. These moments are often taken for granted while we’re busy working toward a better future. But we can have a more joyful life here and now if we’re just willing to see the good that’s all around us. And live with intention.

I’m still very much a student of life and haven’t figured it all out. In my videos, I simply share my insights and things I learn along the way.
